BHARAT SCOUT AND GUIDES

Scout and guide activities in vidyalaya are run under the guidance of Mr. K S Pathania and the dynamic leadership of Kendriya Vidyalay Sangathan Bharat Scouts
and Guides.The total number of registered members is as follows.

Cub Bulbul Scout Guide

Every year the enrollment process of Scouts and Guides members starts in the monthof April. Various activities are planned and organized as per the program of Bharat Scout Guides.
Flag song, prayer and pledge, motto, yoga, nutrition rally, nutrition workshop/seminar, providing water in toilets, safe drinking water in schools, school based activities, Self Help Group (SHG) meetings.Youth group meeting, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, tree planting campaign, national unity campaign. 57 Cubs and Bulbuls and 56 Scouts and Guides attended the meeting and were
also given refreshments worth Rs 50.

Area of work:

The main areas of Scout/Guide education are as follows:- Scout/Guide
Skills- Pioneering (tying knots, pitching tents, making gadgets, making huts-scaffolds
bridges, cutting trees and using tools etc.), guessing, first aid camps. Training and
practice of skills like living, cooking etc. are done under Scout/Guide Craft
